Steady flow feeder is mainly used for steady the material flow with structure of three-layer and mixing device to prevent material arching and flushing in the silo and material rocketing out caused by air pressure, the steady flow feeder can make the feeding well-distributed, steady and reliable.The appearance of Coriolis powdery flow meter is compact and beautiful and its accuracy is high and steady. Its design and model are all the best among which the bearings are all imported and the motor and reducer are produced by SEW company;The system is inspected by Coriolis Principle. The instantaneous mass flow of the material is measured. It is the real flow meter different form the chute-type flow meter and impact flow meter and also different from loss-in-weight feeder, rotary feeder and ring-typed balance.Steady and accuracy feeding is realized by adopting frequency control of motor speed to ensure high accuracy and quick responses.As a pre-feeding device, steady flow feeder is mainly used in powdery Weighing system which requires a certain feed pressure and higher Weighing accuracy. (eg. kiln head and kiln tail of cement plant for coal feeding)The pre-feeding instrument can also be rotary vane feeder + electronic flow control valve + air chute in normal pressure. The cost of this system is slightly low and is widely used in fly ash weighing and conveying.The screw conveyor can be used as pre-feeding instrument in some field that does not require high accuracy. It can reduce the cost and also meet the requirements apparently.Function Characteristics
The system adopts the following structure: FB-DACS5000 control system, namely, PLC + touch screen or intelligent instrument;It is a set of system that can realize continuous feeding and weighing;Reasonable structure, convenient maintenance and reliable operation;Automatically measure system zero and calculate calibration factor.Friendly touch screen operating interface makes the operation simple, and the control process and system statue can be displayed on line.Special parameter table is set to make the system operate in best conditions, and the centralized and local switching can be realized on screen.The system has the display function of shift accumulation, daily accumulation and total accumulation.Load cell is adopted for torque detection.The system has the function of self-diagnosis and can be connected to DCS system.Technical Specification:
